- SSEAYP in 2021
Discussion about SSEAYP 2021 program based on the situation of COVID-19
– Health is the most important matter to consider
– The plan for the program will be based on the situation and restrictions at the end of May 2021, which will be finalised in the June conference
– Conducting SSEAYP 2021 online is an option many countries are considering, due to the situation in their respective countries
– In the case that SSEAYP 2021 is conducted online, the evaluation of SSEAYP 2020 program will be taken into consideration
– Some countries prefer onboard over online program due to the fact that the lack of in-person interactions obstruct the core objectives of SSEAYP
- Ports of call for 2021
– The Philippines and Singapore are not ready to be a port of call for 2021, but willing to consider about the opportunity in the future
- Others
– There is a request for a final decision on the format of SSEAYP 2021 before June as it will provide more time for the preparation process (e.g. recruitment, selection, training, etc.)
– Evaluation of the online SSEAYP 2020 program will be distributed soon

– แผนการสำหรับโครงการจะขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์และข้อจำกัดในช่วงปลายเดือนพฤษภาคม 2564 ซึ่งจะสามารถหาข้อสรุปได้ในการประชุมเดือนมิถุนายน 2564
– หลายประเทศพิจารณาให้มีการการจัด SSEAYP 2021 รูปแบบออนไลน์ เนื่องด้วยสถานการณ์ COVID-19 ที่เกิดขึ้นในประเทศของตน
– หาก SSEAYP 2021 ถูกจัดในรูปแบบออนไลน์ ผลการประเมินของโครงการ SSEAYP 2020 จะถูกนำมาเป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนงาน

– มีการขอให้แจกแจงข้อสรุปแผนงานโครงการ SSEAYP 2021 ก่อนเดือนมิถุนายน เพราะว่าแต่ละประเทศจะได้มีเวลาในการเตรียมการที่มากขึ้น (เช่น การรับสมัคร คัดเลือก และอบรม เป็นต้น)
– จะมีการเผยแพร่ผลการประเมิน SSEAYP 2020 เร็วๆ นี้
