On 17 March 2021, ASSEAY representatives attended “The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays” awarding ceremony and congratulated Mr. Visit Dejkumtorn, the recipient of the award, for the recognition of his work and achievements throughout the decades.
Mr. Visit Dejkumtorn is the advisor and former president of ASSEAY. He has made numerous invaluable contributions to youth exchange and friendship between Japan and Thailand, along with other ASEAN countries, through his management of the ASSEAY projects as president and the For Hopeful Children Project, which he has helmed for three decades.

คุณวิศิษฐ เดชกำธร คือที่ปรึกษาอาวุโสและอดีตประธานสมาคมเรือฯ เขาได้อุทิศตนและมีบทบาทสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนระดับเยาวชนและส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างประเทศไทย ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ตลอดจนประเทศอาเซียน ด้วยการดำเนินโครงการต่าง ๆ ในฐานะประธานสมาคม และโครงการแก่น้องผู้มีความหวัง ซึ่งเป็นเวทีที่เปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนผู้ด้อยโอกาสได้แสดงออกและช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลกันมาแล้วนับสามทศวรรษ
